Default What do 4 long boat horn blasts mean?

4 Long blasts.

I heard this and the sets of 4 were separated by a few minutes each.

I don't know of any signal for 4 long blasts. 1 long and 3 short is a vessel under tow, 2 long and 2 short indicates overtaking to the port side.
