Default What happens if you get caught on the River Thames without a boat licence?
Its a payed licence which starts at £75 but can only be bought at the start of the year for some stupid reason.

the river police catch you and you get fined and your boat might get impounded

How the hell do you get a Boat licence ? do you have to do boat lessons or somethink ?
