This British comedy duo did a mock documentary television episode on the Loch Ness...

...Monster? This public television show aired stateside in the 90's. One moment in the show had fellow number one saying something like 'What you are seeing is a miniature model of the Loch Ness complex.' and the other fellow responds 'Or IS it?'.

Who were these guys?
